At Puerto Rico Coffee Hub, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food items or incorrect orders reported within 14 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack Securely
Place the unused item in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse in Puerto Rico.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
